The Board of County Commissioners (County) will receive sealed proposals in the office of Commissioners, 135 NE Hernando Avenue, Suite 203, Lake City, FL 32055, until 3:00 PM local time on JUNE 10, 2024 for the following: CR 240 FROM SR 247 TO CR 131
The project scope for the CR 240 from SR 247 to CR 131, consists of signing installation and pavement markings placement for a distance of approximately 6 miles. Construction also includes signalization and other associated work.
The Bid Forms and specifications may be obtained from the County's web site at http://www.columbiacountyfla.com/PurchasingBids.asp. Deadline for questions regarding construction plans, specifications, and/or bid documents must be received before 5:00 P.M. on JUNE 3, 2024.
The successful bidder, if applicable, will be required to furnish the County Manager with a 5% bid bond with submittal, and if selected, furnish the County Manager with a performance bond and proof of liability insurance prior to commencing work. The Columbia County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to add to the contract or delete from the contract to stay within their funding capabilities.

NOTICE OF BOARD WORKSHOP AND MEETING
The District Board of Trustees, Florida Gateway College, will hold a public meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 09, 2024, in the Board Room of the Administration Building (Building 001) of Florida Gateway College. There will be a board workshop at 4:00 p.m. held in the same location prior to the meeting.
The Board workshop may include, but is not limited to, discussion of the proposed Charter School, budget and Board calendar and organization for 2024-2025. No action will be taken at the workshop.
The regular meeting may include, but is not limited to, routine college business, budgets, state initiatives, personnel matters, contracts and agreements, program and course changes, and other business affairs.
Any person wishing to be heard on any agenda matter will be provided an opportunity to do so during the Audience of Any Citizen section of the meeting.

NOTICE OF AGENCY ACTION TAKEN BY THE SUWANNEE RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
Notice is given that the following permit was issued on July 5, 2023: Forest Land Development, 426 SW Commerce Drive STE 145 Lake City, FL 32025 permit# ERP-023-244415-1. The project is located in Columbia County, Section 15, Township 4 South, Range 16 East. The permit authorizes a surface water management system on 17.8 acres for Single Family Residential Development known as Forest Cove Subdivision. The receiving water body is Clay Hole Creek. A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filing a written petition with the Suwannee River Water Management District (District). Pursuant to Chapter 28-106 and Rule 40BB-1.1010, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), the petition must be filed (received) either by delivery at the office of the Resource Management Business Resource Specialist at District Headquarters, 9225 CR 49, Live Oak FL 32060 or by e-mail to tjm@srwmd.org, within twenty-one (21) days of newspaper
